Formwork for segments of concrete overpass

For this customer we have developed a modelling system that transform of the same into 2D drawings for the entire formwork consisting of 20000 different components. In this way we have been able to reduce both the time and the cost of design. Furthermore, in this way we have helped the customer to send hundreds of tons of equipment into production in a very short time. The complete 3D drawing of all the numerous typical configurations of these machines also allows us to produce defect-free assemblies composed by 60 different tables each.

This system allowed us to have 2D tables always updated based on the latest version of 3D models, saving time.
